  : I dont wish to sound to critical as the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, credit to them. However days of smoking in hotels should be well and truly over. We travelled quite a lot and never encountered smoking in any hotels we stayed in. Its not pleasant to smell smoke throughout the hotel, including your bed linen and towels. It doesnt give an impression of cleanliness. Also the colour of linen should be white and not an in between yellow and white. It wouldnt take much to make hotel Cubic a much nicer place to stay. The dining room however was fresh looking the meals were fresh and delicious. Again, smoking in the dining room should be stopped. Bosnian people are very hospitable, theres no denying that, they just need to adjust a little and lift their game to be in line with the rest of the world.

  : The behavior of the relevant staff was very good. If you are passing through this city, I would definitely recommend it.
