: The entry was uncomfortable, we could not open the box to take out the key, and there was no one to help, the noise from the street and the cars inside the cottage, the sound of walking in the cottage was very annoying and any movement with a sound, the internet was not working, the TV was ruined, there was no coffee, tea, sugar or any other Hospitality, at the time of checkout, a man came at 10:20 and the exact checkout time was 11, and we told him that and he returned at 10:55. The situation was not comfortable. When entering, there was no one, and when leaving, he came before the specified time twice, and also the question and insistence regarding the number of people staying was not Is there any addition if we are 2 or 3? I do not understand the reason for the increase.
