  : Starting with the owner of the flat, she tried to cancel 24 hours before our arrival with excuses that it was not paid for, we did it 7 months before, not a good start...The woman only speaks Serbian and German, excellent for running a holiday flat rental business. The place is supposed to be for 4 people and has 2 forks and a knife, imagine the rest. .... The flat supposedly has views of the ski slopes, and it does, but when we arrived the blackout was broken and their way of fixing it was to put nails in it and therefore we had blackout 24 hours a day, so it changes radically compared to what was contracted. Regarding the facilities, since it belongs to a hotel, they are not bad, however it is all too balkanic, from the first minute you enter you breathe the smell of tobacco wherever you are. I imagine that any family who wants to go with children will not love it. .... It's not cheap by BiH standards, but it's up to you whether you want to spend more or less in the restaurants If I were you, I would call the Vucko hotel first and ask for the same from them who also have flats for rent, at least they will speak to you in English and they will solve, I imagine, if you have problems since they are there. My wonderful landlady was in Germany eating I imagine.....franks!
