  : Really big rooms and nice garden. Very near to supermarket and town centre.
  : The cleanliness needs alot more work dusty in bedroom and black marks on tiles and sink in bathroom also swimming pool tiles were also black but the linen was very good.

  : We booked 3 rooms, we were given rooms in 3 different hotel locations which was surprising. Never experienced anything like that before.

  : Breakfast was in different hotel, however it was very close to the hotel where we stayed. Catering stuff in the restaurant was very good and food excellent.
  : Basically everything met or exceeded our expectations.

  : Check-in process was a bit complicated - needed to walk 400m to different hotel to get the keys. We were traveling with small baby - we got a smoking room - needed to change it - However, without any issues we got a new room. Staff was not that friendly.

  : Breakfast was fine plentiful buffet and location was central. Useful to have a pool but I used it for sake of using having wrongly been attracted by pool photos when making reservation. onsite easy parking. Staff were helpful and friendly though.
  : Pool was first 3 photos and as a swimmer that attracted me. But rooms should be the primary photos not the pool as its an extra nice to have. On arrival I had to read a notice on a door walk 250 metres to another hotel location then walk through back to different levels and 1 restaurant to find reception. Despite having all my booking details name address from you it was annoying to fill out all details again when tired and just wanted a key to put my bag in the room. Then I later had to walk back to get a meal in town and again walk there in morning to restaurant by reception to have breakfast. To me when booking it was not clear this was part of another premise and that I would have to go there to get checkin / out / breakfast. Ok just bit frustating when one arrives bit late and tired after long drive. bed was under roof at top of house so less head room when getting out of bed. Furniture inc bed old and tired. 2 steep sets of stairs to reach room .
