  : Excellent location, close to the old town, to hiking trails (Kapuzinerberg) and to the train station. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance -- an Indian one is next door (we did not try it). The property is not staffed (or was not staffed at the time we were there). We checked in online, received a code for the entrance door (which also unlocked our room), and checked out without seeing a soul. Each morning, a staff member would arrive early on and leave a small bag with fresh pastries on a hook by our door (by every door). The room was smallish, but had space around the beds and a small nook with a desk and chair. I was a bit worried about problems with the door code, but apparently, the doorbell can be used to communicate with staff in real-time in case of a problem (we did not need to use it).
  : All was great. The notes here are about caveats that might be more concerning to other travelers. For us they were all minor. The bathroom had a barn door that let out noise and light -- and its floor was higher than that of the room, posing some concerns when there was water on the bathroom floor (the shower had a curtain, but no real separation from the floor of the bathroom). The sink in the bathroom was rather large, so much so that it blocked part of the toilet. When sitting on the toilet, there was a bit of a feeling of being stuck. The room above us had an occupant who liked to walk a lot, back and forth and with a rather heavy step. They generally did that early enough in the evening that it did not affect our sleep.

  : 1. On the day of arrival there was toilet paper in the toilet2. Room description says “Breakfast included”. They are attaching Pretzel to the room doors. See photo3. Our room was on the ground floor. It was very noisy4. We stayed 3 nights and the room has never cleaned

  : We were in room 4 and window overlooked restaurant downstairs. They were very noisy at night and could not leave windows open due to this. Very hot even with fan.

  : Loved being able to check in at any time as the check-in process is all digital! Location is close to the old town but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff was great and accommodating! They left little pastries in the morning!
