  : The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful and welcoming. We arrived just shy of midnight and the receptionist had prepared all the check-in procedures for us. Even a sandwich plate in our room. Big thanks! Wellness (saunas and outdoor pool) was very nice. The location of the hotel is very good in terms of proximity to the main ski lifts.
  : Location: - Unfortunately, the bars and restaurants are close as well and there was no quiet before 2 a.m. The room: - the bathroom and shower are with class doors and walls, this was very annoying when using the WC (no privacy) - no towels when we arrived - room was quite dirty (lots of dust especially under the bed and on the headboard of the bed), even found an old sock hiding behind the curtain and some trash from the previous visitor in the cupboard! Beware if you are sensitive to dust or have allergies!!! - daily cleaning did nothing more than set up the bed cover, trash was not emptied, the toilet was not cleaned etc. Breakfast: - boiled eggs were impossible to peel (did they forget to rinse these with cold water)? Dinner: - even though the service and the plating was on a very high level, the food quality varied a lot - no drinking water was included with the dinner

  : location was great the hotel is really nice and very comfortable staff nice and friendly
  : The standard of food was not great unfortunately. Breakfast a big limited theres no omelette service, a tiny toaster, the r tea was not good. Evening meal was los grade and tasteless and again limited except for the beef rib which was good. Pool didnt open until 4pm which is a bit late if youve finished skiing early.

  : Unfortunately I have nothing to say, because they didnt gave me an opportunity to visit the hotel. All I could learn about this hotel is that they are maximum unfriendly and inflexible.
  : I had problems in buying tickets to travel to that place due to the political situation. Ive tried my best, till the last day I was trying to buy tickets and come to the hotel to my friends. When Ive understood that I have serious problems, Ive wrote to the hotel describing situations and asking to cancel without cancellation fee or to change dates so Ill have the chance not to loose money. But Ive got no answer from the hotel (I was writing at the app of booking.com). Ive called to booking.com for assistance, they told that the hotel is refusing to cancel cancellation fee. My friend came several times to reception asking to change my dates. They were talking very unfriendly and refused totally. I dont understand that kind of policy. Formally they are right, but as a person who is traveling a lot Im totally disappointed and will tell everyone not to go to that place. And loosing 1.200 also is not making me happy.
