: Location is quite cosy, next to the main road and next to the highway close to Linz. Not so far from Freistadt which is a nice place to visit.
: Place is a bit back from 1970's radio inbuilt to the head of the bed, 1 plug-in only by the bed for both sides, old, grayed out carpet on the floor, probably sticked to wooden floor because every steps are loud with stretching wood noise. In the morning breakfast was enough but very basic, was quite disturbing that - probably because of a ~100 person banquet - the staff were super busy so nobody could take care of us, but meanwhile we had breakfast they opened the front door and left opened despite we were sitting right next to it in home dress with a little girl, so the -3 degree from outside is not something you want for breakfast.

: The staff was very friendly, rooms clean, very good breakfast.
: We could hear cars from the nearby street, but it was not that disturbing, still we slept well.
