  : breakfast was great and the service at the cafeteria was very nice
  : we had dead insects in the badroom and living spiders inour bedroom. 4 big ones which seemed to live there for longer. We werent well informed at the check in when we have to leave the room so we had to rush in the morning after breakfast and there was no tolerance for that. no wifi information no pay with card allowed.

  : It is right in the middle of the city in the main square full of cafes and restaurants (the place has its own cafe too, the seating area outside looks great, the interior is a bit old fashioned). The rooms are simple but clean, it is a very good value for money. The breakfast, although served in a different cafe belonging to the same chain, 2 minutes away, was excellent, fresh bread and rolls, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cereals and some local pastry (apfelstrudel and topfenstrudel), and it starts at 7 a.m. so it is convenient for those who want to set off early. I had a bike with me, I was shown a place that apparently was not intended as bike storage but it was OK and it felt safer than on the street (where there are public rails to lock it to as well).
  : There were no power outlets in the room, one had to charge their phone in the bathroom - a little bit inconvenient. It was a bit noisy, you could hear your neighbours entering and leaving their room, locking the door etc., and unfortunately they had some rather noisy kids with them.

  : Old-fashioned little hotel on a good place and with great staff. We had a big room with wonderful view on Melk Monastery. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned up. The great thing (for us) is that they accommodate pets, so we could come with our dog. :-) The breakfast is served in a different place nearby, but it is rich and tasty.
  : It is not possible to pay by card. :-(
