: The apartment was exactly as advertised - clean, fully provided, photos matched reality. Owner is a lovely lady, very nice and professional. Everything was prepared, she was waiting for us to give us keys and show us around, then we exchanged contacts should anything happen. Handsomely organized.
: Booking advertised this place as "400m from center". This might have been true beeline speaking, but walking from city center to the apartment could take good 20 minutes, on the hill, through a little forest, kind of impossible at night due to lack of street lamps in some parts of the way. So if anyone expects living kind of in center already and have maybe two minute walk to some kind of city square, it will disappoint. Might be bookings mistake, not the owners. But after all, using car, it was those two minutes, so not exactly an inconvenience.

: The apartament has ver good localisation, quiet, with beautiful view on mountains, walking distance from village center, but probably using car is more comfortable, in winter tire chains mandatory, apartament was very well equipped, comfortable leaving room, bedroom and huge bathroom, very good heating system allows keep nice temperature in all rooms.

: The studio was warm and clean with a comfortable bed. Lovely views.
: The location was difficult especially with the unusual winter conditions. Snow chains are essential if you are driving. It was very difficult to get down to the village by foot and there are no local restaurants.No ski room so difficult to dry or warm ski equipment.The property does not supply a Filzmoos winter card so guests miss out on the local benefits associated with the card. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. No ovenware, large bowls, peeler, garlic press, colander, etc,etc. A sofa would have been appreciated. The pictures on booking.com are deceptive. At first glance, it isn't clear which picture relates to which accomodation unit. They should be clearly labelled as studio/ appt 1/appt 2, etc.The studio is ok for a weekend but not for longer stays as it is really small and the bed takes up a lot of the living space.
