  : welcome was good with good staff, however manager has never contacted me back to agree compensation (see bad experience below)
  : the first night was just horrible : the neighbor right above was particularly noisy, with TV set very loud. It did not calm down and at 2am (!!) I went upstairs to knock at the door in order to ask to lower the sound. Neighbor never answered. I called the urgent contact provided by the agency, the lady told me she could not do anything and that I had to call the police. Wonderful, police was called, came on site in the middle of the night. No answer either. Result = I could not sleep the whole night ! Great when you want to be fit for snowboarding ! The team at the reception was very receptive to the issue and promised the manager would contact me to agree a compensation. I have asked again and again since mid December and almost one month later there is still no answer.

  : The manager of the apartments was extremely helpful.
  : No ski storage lockers or anywhere near the entrance to sit and put your boots on. Could do with some hooks/ shelves around the apartment to hang coats, helmets etc.

  : The lifts worked, Apartment ok with everything that you would need but no tea towels.
  : View from apartment was wall of hotel next door so very dark even on a bright sunny day. Parking virtually impossible unless you parked way up hill at 10 per day and machines only took coins credit cards were blocked. Andorra not as cheap as you might be lead to expect, being duty free. All furniture was worn and basic wouldnt book again. Such a faff getting the keys then finding the apartment block just not simple and wasted lots of time.

  : The apartment was well enough appointed to meet our needs, and far enough away from the centre of town to be quiet (Pas de la Casa is probably the rowdiest resort in Grandvalira), yet close enough to the lifts/pistes to make it walkable.
  : Paying 150 deposit that I may have to wait two weeks to get back. Who takes deposits these days? And nothing says "I don't trust you enough to behave" like this. It doesn't in any way make you feel like a welcome guest!Paying 4.50 a day for WiFi, really?! Come on! It's literally free on the mountain and in every bar/restaurant! How can you justify charging that much?!Having to traipse half way across town to get to reception was a real pain. Especially as the "tourism tax" is only payable in cash... at least put a key box in Araco!What really spurred my to write this, though, is the fact that NONE of this is mentioned in the description on Booking.com!
