: The pipework makes a very annoying noise at random intervals, even during the middle of the night, which does wake you up.

: Location is good. I have stayed in many places in Pas de La casa and this was one of the best. Wifi great, enough space for 6 friends to not sleep on sofa beds with 2 bathrooms and key collection pretty easy.
: Drop off keys wasn't very clear as we left early and the office where we collected was closed so was lucky there was someone around to tell me the code for the door. could be a little bit cleaner but it is Pas de la Casa and for this price range can't expect miracles.

: Location of our replacement accommodation & Wifi was good
: On arrival we were informed that the accommodation we booked via booking.com was not available and had been moved to another property. No apology and the guy in the office was blunt and rude, just what you need after a long day traveling with the family. The new property was dirty with cigarette buts on the floor and no bedding was on the beds.. Also we booked parking with the accommodation and that wasn't available either.. So disappointed with this booking!

: Flat was spacious for our family of four. Good layout and well kitted out. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location for piste and main lifts. Also well located for shops. Downstairs cupboard for ski and snowboard kit really convenient. Parking was at a different location but was fine. Service was excellent, everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful.
: Bit of noise from outside and smoking in the corridor but maybe not an uncommon issue.
