  : the prices fir the spa sesion are not corectly informed.ive got a room at the 4th fl but they have elevator just for 3 fl,that was awfull.

  : Nice hotel with a good restaurant, great breakfast and comfortable beds. The spa was unfortunately not included in the price, we should have read it more carefully before But there was a bathing tub in the room to make up for that.

  : The staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice variety, and we slept with the window open listening to the sound of the mountain stream...it was lovely.
  : The bathroom and shower were fine, but the room was tiny. We had to move out of each other's way to move across the room.

  : Location is far away from main areas, we had a car and spent every day driving to Pal via La Massana, the other close mountain (Arcalis) was closed some days and has a lot of tbars which isn't great for beginner snowboarding. In hindsight, we would have preferred to be closer to La Massana which we realised had a gondola up to Pal, so would have saved driving every day. Distance from our hotel was approx 30 minutes but due to weather conditions one day it took 2 hours, and we had to shovel the snow from the front of the hotel to get the car out....one night there was no parking left. The hotel isn't very kid friendly, there's no atmosphere, it's sooooo quiet, even though everyone is very nice and friendly. I booked this hotel because it included a swimming pool but on arrival was advised it wasn't a pool but a spa, and no kids allowed.
