  : The room (the apartment) has practically everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was a big room and we had enough of place for everyone. The staff at the reception, at the restaurant, the housekeepers - everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you! We really enjoyed the buffet in the restaurant. We stayed 4 days and had half-board and every time there were plenty of new positions to chose from. We loved that there were also local dishes. We are especially grateful for the care and hospitality shown specifically to our child. He is a picky eater and still he always had something to pick from. We felt welcome in this hotel, we have the warmest memories of this stay.
  : We have expected the hotel to have Spa facilities, but it appeared that there is only sauna that can be booked on specific days and at specific time only. Same applies to the massage. We've tried both options, both were good, but there is still room for improvement.

  : The breakfast was actually tasty, good! Good choice, not a big variety, but really good.
  : Staff did they best, but the restaurant was almost always full and quite small, noisy, sometimes queues to get food. And also problem was a lot of British guests, which behaved quite brazenly, noisily, and as if they owned a place, they kids very are lowed, it made dinner experience quite stressfull and unpleasant, etc.

  : Balcony room was large, clean and comfortable. Ample spaces in the car park though the journey through Andorra was further than anticipated. Didn't use the bar, pool or gym so cannot comment. View from the balcony was not as exciting as expected.
  : The buffet style restaurant (more like a works canteen really) was noisy and uninviting with lots of uncontrolled children, Spanish and English (Essex), creating havoc. It wasn't school holidays so how were they there? The food choices were large but the quality was not up to expectations. Dissappointing. The noise was excessive throughout the hotel with babies crying all night which the thin room walls failed to dull.
