Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that full payment must be made upon check-in.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less tan 15 kg, is available upon request and at an additional cost. The kit includes: 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for infants from 6 months old.

Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure.

Please note that the service charge is non-refundable and will be charged on the day of booking.

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

The property recommends preparing your car for adverse weather conditions with winter tyres or chains.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €12 per pet and per day (stays from 1 to 6 nights) or €75 per pet and week applies. Pets weight must be less than 25 kg (1 pet per apartment). It is necessary to present the pets passport at reception & rabies vaccination certificate. There is a restriction for breeds considered potentially dangerous.
