  : Great location. Gondola to the top of the mountain was just across the street.
  : I never did find out how to check in. The managers required me to call a specific phone number to ask permission to arrive late (my arrival time was determined by the bus from Barcelona), even though I had informed them weeks in advance by email. That number could not be reached with a Spanish SIM card, nor could it be reached using my USA phone on international roaming. I finally called the Booking.com help line. They were able to tell me what apartment I had been assigned and the combination to the lock box to get the one set of keys. I spent half of my first day there trying to find the office to check in. Never did find it! No one in Arinsal seemed to know where I should go, including the young lady who was cleaning other apartments. I think the main offIce was a 40 minute drive away on the other side of the mountain? When I checked out I simply returned the keys to the lock box. The atmosphere at the apartment complex was more like a youth hostel. Loud drunk 20 something males all through the night. Front door buzzer sounding off at 0400 in the morning. Chairs being thrown out of windows in the middle of the night. I was in apartment 3A. Mold was present on the walls of the bathroom and in the ceiling of the closet in the second bedroom.

  : The location for the gondola is excellent. However the hill is quite steep! The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The Apartment was never cold - in fact we had the double doors open. The view from the double doors is simply STUNNING
  : There wasnt a kettle.

  : Good location, its the only good about the apartment
  : The bedrooms hand door is broken. My daughter was closed in the room for a while. The worse is that the prior user had the same problem and made a complaint but nobody did anything. This is the reason that Im writing this complaint. Also, The oven temperature control is broken. Finally there werent kitchen amenities for cleaning the dishes. Old apartment with low maintenance with high price. The Wifi service has an extra-charge.

  : The view and the mattresses were comfy
  : The sofa was very uncomfortable. The building was very noisy, you could hear all of the other guests very loudly throughout the day and night. Not very clean. Hairs on mattresses, kitchen utensils not cleaned properly.
